Shanta Islam is a qualified Food and Nutrition Science graduate with a strong academic foundation and practical experience in clinical dietary management. She holds an M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition Science and has completed professional training in diet chart planning and computer operations.

With internship experience at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases & Hospital (NICVD), she has developed hands-on expertise in dietary management for cardiovascular patients. She is committed to promoting evidence-based nutritional care and supporting holistic health outcomes through structured dietary planning and collaborative teamwork.

With over a decade of teaching experience, including leadership as Head Teacher at a special school, she is committed to fostering the educational, social, and emotional growth of children with special needs. Her approach emphasizes empathy, structured learning, individualized education planning, and creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive with confidence.
